Messages may be sent using automated technology, including autodialers and automated messaging systems. Message frequency varies but will not exceed 2 messages per day.

Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Messages may be sent from different phone numbers or short codes. If you have questions about your text plan or data plan, please contact your wireless provider.

User Opt-In

You may opt in to the Program by providing your mobile number through our website or by phone. By opting in, you voluntarily consent to receive recurring service-related SMS messages from Community Access Inc.

You confirm that you are the authorized user of the provided mobile number or have the necessary authority to provide it.

Opt-in methods include web form submission through the SMS Opt-In Form on our website and phone call consent by calling our office and verbally consenting to receive SMS notifications.

Upon subscribing, you will receive a confirmation SMS message stating: "You have subscribed to Community Access Inc. Transportation Notifications. You will receive up to 2 messages per day. Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for help."

This confirmation serves as verification of your subscription.

User Opt-Out and Support

Text STOP to cancel and opt out of the Program at any time.

You may also opt out by replying to any message with QUIT, OPT-OUT, UNSUBSCRIBE, STOPALL, or END.

After you send an opt-out keyword, we may send you one final SMS message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from the Program unless you opt in again.

You may also opt out by calling our office and requesting removal from SMS communications.

You will receive a message "You have subscribed to Community Access Inc. notifications. You will receive up to 2 messages per day. Reply STOP to unsubscribe."

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Our SMS Opt-In Form does not use cookies, and we do not collect IP addresses, browser metadata, or other non-essential web tracking information through the form.
